Privacy
The site keeps the details of people who book a table, only to manage the booking. It sets no cookies for visitors, counts visits without personal data and shows no advertising.

What a booking keeps
- Your name and mobile number.
- Your email and any requests or allergies, if you write them.
- The day, time, number of people and area (dining room or terrace).
- The record of your consent: the text you accepted, its version, the date and the time.
They are used to manage the booking: to hold the table and to contact you if something goes wrong with it. They are not used for advertising, sold or passed to other companies.
In this demo the booking does not reach the restaurant and nobody contacts you.
How long
In this demo, each booking and its consent record are deleted 48 hours after they are made.
Cookies and logs
Visitors get no cookies. The only cookie belongs to the staff area, where it keeps the session of whoever manages the bookings.
The site’s server does not keep visit logs. A counter on the same server counts the visits to each page, without cookies and without storing your IP address. Your IP address stays only in the server’s memory, for at most 65 minutes, to stop abuse, and is never written down. Server errors are logged without names, phone numbers, emails or IP addresses.
Fonts, images and the map come from this server: no page loads content from other companies.
Phone, WhatsApp and other sites
Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails go straight to the restaurant and do not pass through this site.
The links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, WhatsApp and the Livro de Reclamações (complaints book) open those sites, under their own privacy rules.
See, correct or delete
If you made a booking, you can ask to see, correct or delete its details through the contact below, and cancel it on the booking’s own page (the link you get after booking).
If you think your data was mishandled, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt (opens in a new window).
Who is responsible
Data controller: to be agreed with the restaurant. While this site is an unofficial demo made by Henrique Carrageis, questions about your data go to [email protected].
